What is the Daily Farflung game?
The Daily Farflung geography game is free geography trivia for your browser. Each published edition has five questions. This world map game often has several correct countries for a clue: choose one and discover the others.
Play in English or Spanish without an account. Progress stays in this browser. Daily Farflung is independent of Farflung.game.
How to play
Read the clue, select a country on the map, then press Drop pin. Each daily question allows 60 seconds. Correct countries earn preset rewards of 40, 55, 70, 85 or 100 km, based on population rank within the accepted answers. Five top rewards make 500 km.
Practice repeats one untimed question so you can learn the controls before starting a daily round.
Past editions
After an edition’s UTC date ends, its questions, accepted countries, explanations and sources appear in the archive. These read-only reviews do not replay a daily round or change your saved score.
